Shipping Information
Orders will be processed and shipped from Brooklyn, NY within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking information.

Shipping Costs
-Domestic and International shipping are both calculated by USPS based on weight and location
-Free shipping is offered via pickup at Sure Thing Billiards club on Tuesday nights. Please place your order before 5pm on Tuesday nights.

Return Policy
If you are interested in return an item, please email colin@surethingnyc.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is approved, you may return your items at your expense - we do highly recommend to use a shipping service with trackable and insured service.

*Your item must unworn / unused with no damage to it, and in a sellable condition for refunds to be accepted
*Refunds exclude all shipping costs.
