Sure Thing heads up to Catskill, NY to visit our friends at Crossroads Brewing Co. We spend a day in the brewery with head brewer, Pat Sylvester. Together, we partner to create "Locals Only" - at 4.5% AB Czech-Style Pilsner. As local bars closed their doors during the recent pandemic, we wanted to create something to celebrate coming back to normalcy and supporting our local establishments.
